What Happens
SideBet Golf will verify the request and delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account. We generally complete verified requests within 30 days and will email you when deletion is complete or if additional information or legally permitted time is needed. Some security, billing, tax, dispute, or legal records may be retained when reasonably necessary or required by law, with their use limited to that purpose. Historical tournament records may be de-identified so organizers and other participants can retain accurate event results without retaining your account identity.
If you own an organizer workspace, we may contact you about transferring or closing it. If you have an active software subscription, we will explain any separate cancellation step and the effective date. Account deletion does not transfer or settle any user side-game obligation.
Verify Your Account
Sign in on the web to submit a verified deletion request. You do not need the mobile app installed. If you cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with the account.
